Try before you buy
Every feature of SnapPassport works before payment: you can process your photo, see the exact result with a watermark, and only pay if you are happy with it. This means you never buy blind.
14-day refund, no questions asked
If you are unsatisfied with your HD download for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no justification required.
Rejected for size or format? Always refunded
If an issuing authority rejects your photo specifically because of its dimensions, resolution or layout — the things our tool is responsible for — we will refund you regardless of when it happens. Send the rejection notice (a photo or screenshot is fine) to the address below.
How to request
Email support@idphototool.com from any address, ideally with your receipt or the email used at checkout so we can locate the payment. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
